4. Workmanship Warranty

    • Faulty wiring connections.
    • Improper mounting of panels or equipment.
    • Issues arising from incorrect system configuration by our team.

5. What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic corrosion.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or acts of God.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions.
  • Costs of routine maintenance, cleaning, or consumables.

7. Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

  • We accept returns of non-defective, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
