We currently ship and install our products within Nigeria only. Our services are available to all states and regions across the country. If you are located outside Nigeria, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

- For installation services, our team will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (additional fees may apply).
- Installation Services: Our team will deliver and install your products at the agreed-upon date and time.

- For orders above ₦10,000,000, we offer free standard shipping within Nigeria.
- Installation fees may apply depending on the product and location. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon before installation.

- SteraPower is not liable for damages caused during transit by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
